Customer Loyalty in the Digital age
May 17, 2010Here is a link for Customer Loyalty in the mobile environment: http://radiotrafix.wordpress.com/2010/05/20/increasing-customer-loyalty-through-their-mobile-phone/
We’ve launched! (well almost …)
May 13, 2010It’s been a long time coming, but finally we’re nearly there. At the end of May our website (www.masterkeylearning.com) will be ecommerce enabled, but until then, users of our program, The WOW Paradigm, will have to order manually via a link on our Contacts page.
But why this blog? It’s here for all those people who are interested in the factor of WOW and how it can radically improve your business. In modern management speak, you can think of WOW as a particular type of organizational culture. What we’ve done is take an exemplar – a paradigm – of that culture, Stew Leonard’s, and presented it online so that it can be readily implemented in any business. We’ve done so by being allowed into the “inner sanctum” of Stew Leonard’s. This allowed us extraordinary insight into this extraordinary business. A business that features in Ripley’s Believe it or Not, in the Guiness Book of World Records, and a business that for the 9th year in a row has featured in Fortune 100 Top Businesses to work for in the USA.
It is WOW that has made this business so great. They have phenomenal Customer Loyalty, extraordinary reward and recognition programs, excellent multiple communication channels, and much more.
So, may be you have WOW in your business. May be you’ve found ways of improving Customer Loyalty, of improving your retention of staff, may be you’ve seen a surge in sales through repeat business, and so on.
It would be great to share our ideas!
