One of the interesting modules in The WOW Paradigm is the one on hiring great team members. At Stew Leonards they high a smile (they look for candidates who project a positive attitude) and train the new team member with the necessary skills. The founder Stew leonard Sr has found over the years that it is far easier to train someone with a positive attitude to the specific job skills than it is to take a person with a negative attitude and train them to be far more positive.
